New integration templates
We added Zendesk and Klaviyo templates to the Integration Catalog. These templates give you a faster, validated starting point for support and lifecycle marketing automations.- Zendesk: Connect support workflows to the rest of your stack using either an API token or OAuth, making it easier to trigger ticket-driven automations and call Zendesk endpoints from Strata.
- Klaviyo: Bring customer and event data into lifecycle marketing workflows with a pre-configured private API key setup.
